Hello! Alecia here. First, thank you for visiting the site and for your support. Second, This is my first book and let me tell you-it has been a JOURNEY! I am excited! to share it with you.
A bit about me-I grew up in a military family, and moved every 3-5 years. This led to me having dozens of pen pals, as keeping in touch required paper and pen during those days. My love of connection through writing blossomed into me talking to God-through journaling.
This book is a collection of my journal entries and conversations with God over a span of 20 years. I wrote this book to share my testimonies, my stories, my ups, my downs, my blessings-really my journey.
Whether you are new on your journey, feel like you are in need of a reconnection, or spend time in your prayer closet daily-this book is for you.

Book Description

Why Tea?
Tea has always been an important part of my life. I remember my mom and aunts drinking tea (even though it was 100 degrees outside) and the laughter that filled the room with the dishing out of sugar in teacups. I also remember my Tia telling me about tea time while growing up in Panama or the connection to Jamaica. While living in the south, sweet tea was a staple-a glass also came with a great plate. Lemon or lime in tea when sick cured anything (right).
There is just something about tea!
The title of book is true-I often journal with a cup of tea near and it is a ritual that calms me.
